Overview

Citrin Holdings operates an SMS (text message) communication program to support our recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee workforce-management activities. This page describes who receives messages, what the messages are about, how consent is collected, and how to opt out at any time.

By providing your mobile phone number to Citrin Holdings and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these Messaging Terms & Conditions.

Who Receives Messages

SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number to Citrin Holdings and affirmatively opted in to receive text messages. This generally includes:

• Job applicants who have submitted an application through our online careers portal
• Candidates actively engaged in interview scheduling or follow-up conversations with a Citrin Holdings recruiter
• Employees of Citrin Holdings who have completed onboarding or have otherwise consented to employment-related text communications

Citrin Holdings does not send marketing, promotional, or solicitation text messages as part of this program.

Types of Messages You May Receive

• Application confirmations and status updates
• Interview scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Direct recruiter conversations (back-and-forth messages with a specific member of our recruiting team)
• Onboarding invitations, document requests, and reminders
• Time-sensitive HR or workforce communications such as first-day reporting instructions

Citrin Holdings does not include requests for Social Security numbers, bank account information, payroll details, or other sensitive personal information in SMS communications. Any message claiming to be from Citrin Holdings that asks for this information should be disregarded and reported to careers@citrin.co.

How to Opt In

Applicants opt in during the online application process. The application form at citrin.co/careers (or our successor careers portal) includes a required, unchecked consent checkbox with language substantially as follows:

“I agree to receive text messages from Citrin Holdings regarding my application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. By providing my mobile number, I consent to being contacted via SMS.”

The application cannot be submitted without affirmatively checking this box. Consent is recorded server-side with a timestamp, the applicant’s IP address, and browser identifier.

Employees inherit their consent from the application they originally submitted, and may re-confirm or change their preference through their employee profile or by contacting HR.

Re-opt-in by text: Individuals who have previously opted out may rejoin the program at any time by replying START, UNSTOP, or YES to any Citrin Holdings number they have previously received messages from.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of Citrin Holdings SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Other accepted opt-out keywords include END, CANCEL, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from Citrin Holdings unless you opt back in.

You may also opt out through any of the following:

• Replying to any Citrin Holdings message with an opt-out keyword listed above
• Sending a written request to careers@citrin.co identifying your mobile phone number
• Contacting Citrin Holdings by phone at (614) 494-8365

Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days as required by applicable law, though in nearly all cases opt-outs take effect immediately.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the application, interview, or onboarding process. During active engagement (for example, scheduling an interview or completing onboarding paperwork), you may receive multiple messages per week. Outside of active engagement, messages are infrequent.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any text message you send or receive. Citrin Holdings does not charge for messages sent through this program, but your mobile carrier may charge you standard messaging, data, or usage fees according to your wireless plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Supported Carriers

Citrin Holdings SMS messages are supported by all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, and most regional and virtual carriers. Delivery of messages to specific devices and networks is subject to the carrier’s policies and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS content are handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](https://citrin.co/privacy-policy). Citrin Holdings does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to operate this SMS program and support our recruiting, hiring, and employment functions. Message content may be retained for compliance, training, and audit purposes.

Changes to These Terms

Citrin Holdings may update these Messaging Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
