Citrin is seeking leaders to join our hospitality division as Hospitality Location Manger. Position Summary
The Hospitality Account Manager is responsible for the daily management of their assigned location(s). The Account Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager. This position delivers company, client and customer expectations by ensuring the locations within his/her portfolio are operating in accordance to company policy. The position requires daily oversight of assigned location(s) as well as the supervision of any Shift Lead, Team Lead and Valet/Parking Attendants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operating customer vehicles daily

Provides direct supervision of Shift Leads, Team Leads, and Valet Attendants

Ensures the daily operations within his/her portfolio and perform in accordance of company policy. This includes conducting training for all new hires and role changes consistently, enforcing the think safe program, identifying top talent, and direct responsibility for filling shift vacancies occurring during all normal operating hours

Ensure proper training is being completed by shift and team leads, as well as building the training program with the Operations Manager for assigned location(s)

Edit weekly schedules in accordance with Operations Manager

Administer and embody the company’s disciplinary action process. Confirms day to day disciplinary write ups are being executed properly and in a timely manner by shift and team leads

Responsible for conducting disciplinary and probation meetings, exercise discretion to execute terminations once proper documentation is provided to HR

Identifies and makes changes for operational, safety, or procedural updates.

Responsible for editing and updating location pages on company team site

Formal check in meetings with client(s)

Complete thorough daily reporting process for all lead shifts worked

Audits daily reports, time clocks, and ties to budget allocation

Create hourly budget allocation and responsible for financial results meeting corporate and client expectations

Promptly reports and handle customer and client complaints

Follow the proper procedures and timelines for reporting damage claim incidents, including communicating with the customer and client

Comfortable parking on and operating vehicle lifts
Minimum Job Qualifications
-
Valid Driver’s License; ability to operate a vehicle daily for work

Minimum of 6 months in a Citrin leadership role or relatable experience in a leadership role

Excellent oral and written communication skills required

Ability to provide customer and client resolution in a professional and friendly manner

Proficiency in google apps and Microsoft office required

Flexible schedule to accommodate hours required by Operations Manager

Ability to average 50 weekly hours
Qualifications Desired

Experience in the parking or related industry desired but not required

Bachelor degree in general business or related field preferred but not required

First Year Account Manager Total Compensation (includes salary+incentives:) $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
