Valet Shift Lead
We’re currently seeking individuals to join the Citrin team as Valet Shift Leaders!
About our Shift Leader:
Hospitality: Maintains a high level of professionalism and sense of urgency through the entirety of a shift, provides world-class hospitality within each guest interaction, trains and coaches team members to operate Citrin’s hospitality basics.
Accountability: Shift leads have a critical responsibility to hold team members accountable. You will maintain daily operations by utilizing our standard operating procedures to ensure proper staffing at the beginning of each shift, enforce safe working conditions, and execute superior guest and client interactions.
Coaching: As a Citrin leader, you make a personal commitment to bring out the best in your team. We seize every opportunity, big or small, for someone to grow. Shift leads train and provide resources for our people to be consistent and elevate themselves personally and professionally.
Daily Reporting: By maintaining detailed daily reports, we can continue to identify areas we succeed in and areas we need to focus on. Gathering the who, what, when, where and why helps alleviate any surprises. It also helps Citrin deliver the best service to our clients and working atmosphere for our people.
Specifics about the role:
Starts at $13/hour with retention raises!
Manage the dealership valet staff for your shift while ensuring proper safety procedures
Opportunity to quickly advance into roles such as our leadership in training program to continue to grow your caree
Are you qualified for the position?
Ability to be held accountable and take ownership of your role
Strong communication skills and coaching ability
A Valid Driver’s license with at least one year with your license
A customer-first mindset
A good driving record
A Professional Appearance
Supervisor experience is preferred but not required. Other roles available as well!
Perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
Have the ability to lift 25lbs
All candidates must be willing to consent to a background and motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer.
